The windows looked ready to fall out, the gardens were completely overgrown & the whole place was just so scruffy.
They didn't check my dog's vaccine card on arrival which wasn't worrying. They did note all medications & food requirements though.
If I had seen the place before my holidays I would have gone elsewhere as it looks totally unloved, which of course makes you wonder if that applies to the pets too.
